About Beulah Philips Kothapally

Mrs. Beulah Philips Kothapally has done her Graduation in Nursing and Post
Graduation in Mental Health Nursing from Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences,
Hyderabad. She is a PhD scholar at Saveetha University Chennai.
She is a Poet, orator, entrepreneur, a free- lance writer and event coordinator. She has
an inclination towards Agriculture and currently venturing into farming. She has been a
guest speaker and Resource person at many Seminars and CNE's. She had a privilege
of being one of the keynote speaker at International Conference. She is a passionate
teacher and conducts classes for Nurses and other Medical professionals to inculcate
Right Professional Practices in Nursing. She believes that Nursing is not just a
profession but a 'calling' and her dream is to see innovation in her profession.
She plans and develops Curriculums for various medical courses and for summer
camps for the overall development of school students.
She is also passionate about women empowerment and has been member of YWCA
Hyderabad and held various responsible positions including the post of President of
YWCA Hyderabad.
She was recently relieved as Principal at MallaReddy College of Nursing, which is a
part of MallaReddy Group of Institutions after working for 15 years. Currently she is
working as Business Head at Ebekmed Edventures Private Limited, a dedicated skills
partner to educational institutions, hospitals, and nursing professionals and also
Administrative Head of AHPI SHiNE Labs in Hyderabad — the country’s first standalone Co-Skills Hub dedicated exclusively to hospital workforce training.
