Dr. Jyoti Sharma, PhD, MBA, MSc (Psych.), RN, is the General Manager of Nursing at Yashoda Hospitals, Secunderabad (1036 Beds, NABH/NABL/NEC), recognized as a nursing leader, patient and nurse safety advocate, and quality strategist. She holds a Ph.D. in Nursing, an MBA in Health Services, an M.Sc Nursing (Gold Medalist, 1st Rank), a Diploma in Yoga & Naturopathy, and certifications in ACLS/BLS, Leadership from IIM, and Diabetes Education. With over a decade of experience in direct patient care and nursing education, and an additional 10+ years in nursing leadership and hospital administration, she has served in multi-specialty hospitals including Medanta, Fortis, Narayana, CK Birla, Bombay Hospital, and Yashoda Hospitals. Dr. Sharma has expertise in nursing governance, accreditation, patient safety, quality indicators, workforce leadership, and P&L management.
