About Dr. Lallu Joseph

Dr. Lallu Joseph is a distinguished healthcare quality expert and leader, currentlyserving at CMC Vellore, the largest NABH-accredited hospital in India. She brings aunique multidisciplinary background – starting as a  mechanical engineer, followed by atransition into healthcare after her tenure as VP at a Software firm and academic role atthe Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. With advanced degrees inBusiness Administration and Certifications from IIM Bangalore and CanadianHealthcare Administration, she has over 20 years of experience in healthcare qualityimprovement, accreditation, healthcare infrastructural projects, and systemsimprovement.
