About Dr. Muppidi Rajeswari

Dr. Muppidi Rajeswari (M.Sc Nursing, MBA–HCS, PhD-N), born on 22.09.1962, is the Dean of Care Educational Foundation and the President of Telangana State TNAI (Trained Nurses Association of India) since November 2019. She is a life member of TNAI, SOCHNI, and ANEI, a National Mentor for the Community Health Officer Mentoring Project (MoHFW/NHSRC–CMC–Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation), and an External Assessor for NQAS, and has served as a CNE Observer for the Telangana State Nursing and Midwives Council. With 39 years of experience (26 years teaching and 13 years clinical), she has held key academic roles including Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Lecturer in Community Health Nursing at Apollo College of Nursing (10.6 years), along with earlier roles at Owaisi College of Nursing, Yashoda School of Nursing, and Andhra Mahila Sabha School of Nursing. Her clinical experience includes senior nursing leadership roles in Riyadh, KSA (1993–2006), where she received the Best Supervisor Award in 2004. Dr. Rajeswari has completed her PhD in Nursing (Maharaja Vinayak Global University, Jaipur), MBA in Health Care Services (Sikkim Manipal University), MSc Nursing (NIMS), and BSc Nursing (Osmania University), and has undertaken national trainings in quality, infection control, and disaster preparedness. She has 17 publications, has presented papers at national forums, served as a resource person for multiple CNEs/webinars, guided 15 PG and 20 UG dissertations, and contributed as an examiner for multiple universities. Her awards include the DRONACHARYA Award 2023, Best Nursing Faculty Award 2023, National Florence Nightingale Nurses Award 2022, Telangana Health Minister’s Appreciation (2022), Best Teacher Award (2019), and Best Academics Award (2018)
