About Dr. Tarang Gianchandani

Dr. Tarang Gianchandani is a seasoned physician-administrator currently serving asGroup CEO – Healthcare Initiatives and Chief Executive Officer at Sir H. N.Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai. With over 25 years ofexperience spanning both clinical and managerial roles across India and Singapore, shecombines deep medical insight with strategic leadership.​

She began her career in orthopedics and holds an MBBS from Lady Hardinge MedicalCollege, New Delhi, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from the NationalUniversity of Singapore. In Singapore, she held key roles in institutions like the Ministryof Health, Changi General Hospital, and Alexandra Hospital, gaining exposure tosystems-driven care and quality management.​

Before joining Reliance, Dr. Gianchandani was CEO at Jaslok Hospital & ResearchCentre (2012–2018) and took over at Sir H. N. Reliance in 2018. According toorganizational charts, in May 2023 she began to oversee the umbrella “healthcareinitiatives” function across the group.​
