Dr. Vivekanandan Kalaiselvan serves as the Secretary-cum-Scientific Director of the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC), the national body responsible for setting quality standards for medicines in India. With an extensive background in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, and regulatory science, he plays a pivotal role in strengthening India’s public health framework through standardization, scientific research, and nationwide surveillance systems.
