About Geoff Searle

Geoff Searle is the Chief Executive Officer of InHealth Group, a leading UK provider of diagnostic and health technology services. Joining the organisation in 2017 and becoming CEO in 2019, he has been instrumental in driving InHealth’s growth and strengthening its partnerships with the NHS. A Chartered Accountant by training, Geoff began his career with KPMG before holding senior leadership roles at Dr Foster, Integrated Pathology Networks, and Southern Cross Healthcare in New Zealand. Known for his strong financial acumen and operational leadership, he focuses on improving access, quality, and innovation in diagnostic care through sustainable and patient-centred service models.
