About Mr. Pankaj Johri

Pankaj Johri currently serves as Director and Head of Medical Operations atthe National Accreditation Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories(NABL), under the umbrella of the Quality Council of India (QCI). ​

In his role, he plays a key part in overseeing accreditation of medicallaboratories across India—ensuring adherence to international standardsof testing competence, quality and impartiality. For example, he hasaddressed industry gatherings such as the Confederation of Indian Industry(CII) Northern Region conference to articulate NABL’s vision for medical-labaccreditation. With a strong focus on regulatory compliance, systemmonitoring and continuous improvement of lab operations, Johri ispositioned at the intersection of healthcare quality assurance andoperational excellence—a background that is well-aligned with thepriorities of cost-optimization and hospital quality management you’vebeen working on.​
