A seasoned healthcare leader and turnaround specialist with global experience in commissioning and managing multi-specialty hospitals, handling P&L exceeding ₹350 crore annually. Currently serving as Group COO at ASRAM Hospitals, Eluru, he oversees a 1,300-bed NABH/NABL-accredited teaching hospital, ASRAM Cancer Care, and the upcoming 390-bed ASRAM Super Specialty Hospital. With leadership experience across India and abroad in Oncology, Organ Transplant, Cardiology, Diagnostics, and HealthTech, he has also driven multiple JCI, NABH, QAI, and ESG initiatives. A Distinguished Fellow of AHPI, he holds memberships with CAHO, RFFHA, TSI, AHMP, and HERA, and serves on healthcare panels for FICCI and CII. Actively engaged in academia as visiting faculty and advisor to several B-schools, his interests include Digital Transformation, AI in Healthcare, Strategic Expansion, and Quality Management.
