About Mr. Sourabh  Sonik 

Sonik Sourabh is an Innovation Strategist and Supply Chain Transformation Specialist, widely invited as a speaker and guest lecturer across leading institutions in India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. With deep expertise spanning pharmaceutical supply chains, ePharmacy, digital healthcare ecosystems, and product innovation, he blends strategy, technology, and policy-level insights. Sonik has significantly contributed to India’s COVID-19 response by leading global sourcing of critical medical supplies and designing automation-driven JIT frameworks at national scale.

He also serves as a Mentor of Change for the Atal Innovation Mission (NITI Aayog) and is a noted RTI activist featured in major media for driving transparency in higher education. Academically, he has delivered keynotes across international universities and published nine research papers on AI in healthcare, telemedicine, and supply chain ethics, receiving recognition including the IEEE Best Research Paper Award.

A passionate educator and mentor, Sonik guides students and startups on innovation, product thinking, and impact-driven research. He holds an MBA from MDI and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, and has held leadership roles at Tata 1mg and PharmEasy.
