Sravan Kumar is a senior Healthcare Executive with over 17 years of experience in hospitals,ambulatory care clinics, diagnostic centers and healthcare IT. An alumnus of IIM Lucknow, Sravan isa Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and holds multiple prestigiouscertifications, including Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and HealthcareAccreditation Certified Professional (HACP). His expertise encompasses quality management,accreditation processes, performance improvement, patient and environmental safety, HRmanagement, and process reengineering. Throughout his career, Sravan has successfully lednumerous cost-efficiency, revenue generation, and quality improvement initiatives across varioushospital departments. He has played a pivotal role in 25 Joint Commission International (JCI) finalsurveys and has guided over 70 organizations in achieving international and national healthcareaccreditations, including CAP, ISO 15189, NABH, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001. Sravan led MediclinicCity Hospital to achieve JCI Academic Medical Center Accreditation, the first hospital in Dubai toachieve this accreditation. He is awarded as the “Healthcare Icon of the year - Quality” in 2023 byHis Excellency Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak, minister of tolerance of the United Arab Emirates andDistinguished Achievers in Healthcare Award in 2016 by Mr. Humaid Al Qutami, Director General,Dubai Health Authority. Sravan is a trained Business Excellence assessor (EFQM Excellence Model).He served as the team leader assessor for Dubai Quality Award, Mohammad Bin Rashid AlMaktoum Award ad UAE innovation award since 2012. He led the EFQM excellence projects at hisworkplace and successfully achieved “Dubai Quality Award (DQA) Gold”, the only private hospital inthe UAE to achieve this highest honor in DQA.
