About Ms. Jiji Dias​

Ms. Jiji Dias is a seasoned nursing leader currently serving as GeneralManager – Nursing at Apollo Adlux Kochi, with a distinguished careermarked by progressive leadership across critical care, education, andhospital-wide nursing operations. She has advanced through key rolesincluding Charge Nurse and Nursing Supervisor in critical care at IMCL Delhi,Assistant Nursing Superintendent and Head of Learning & Development, andsubsequently senior leadership positions at Apollo Adlux Kochi, culminatingin her current role as GM Nursing.​

A P C BSc Nursing graduate, Ms. Dias has been instrumental in drivingquality, safety, and innovation in nursing practice. She led Kerala’s firstnursing team to receive INFUZE certification and has spearheadedmultiple patient safety and quality initiatives, earning numerous accoladesincluding Nursing Excellence Awards, HMA Awards for eight consecutiveyears, FICCI Innovation and Healthcare Awards, and recognition as anApollo Ambassador and Best Charge Nurse. A Six Sigma Green Belt, shehas co-authored publications on hospital-acquired pressure ulcers, rapidresponse teams, performance management systems, and nursing skilltransformation, reflecting her strong commitment to evidence-basedpractice, workforce capability building, and sustained clinical excellence.​
