Ms. Lakshmi Reddy, Nursing Director Pan India at Rainbow Children’s Medicare Ltd., is a highly accomplished nursing leader with extensive experience across premier multispecialty and pediatric healthcare organizations. Her career spans leadership roles such as General Manager – Nursing at Yashoda Hospital, Hitec City; Chief of Nursing at Healthcare Global Enterprises Ltd.; Nursing Superintendent at Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre; and Shift In-Charge at Narayana Hrudayalaya Cardiac Sciences. She holds an MSc in Nursing from Chennai College of Nursing, Bangalore, and is certified in Six Sigma Green Belt, NABH and Nursing Excellence (POI Certification), and JCI standards. Ms. Reddy has been the recipient of several prestigious recognitions, including Nursing Excellence Certification as the first awardee in the entire Narayana Group, AHPI Awards for Nursing Excellence in both Narayana and HCG Groups, and commendations for achieving NABH accreditation with zero observations.
