About Ms. Meera Augustine

Ms. Meera Augustine is a senior nursing leader with over two decades of experience in clinical governance, nursing administration, quality, and patient safety. She currently serves as General Manager – Nursing at Malla Reddy Narayana Multispeciality Hospital, Hyderabad, and is the President of ANEI Telangana & AP Chapter, leading state-level initiatives in nursing leadership development, education, and professional empowerment.

An MSc Nurse (Medical-Surgical/Critical Care) with an MBA in Hospital Administration, she is also a Certified Internal Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds advanced certifications in Quality and Infection Control from NHCA, Singapore. She has previously held senior nursing leadership roles at Yashoda Hospital, Aware Global Hospital, and Care Hospital, Hyderabad.

Ms. Augustine is a recipient of the Best Women Leadership Award (2020) and other leadership and organiser accolades. She has led multiple patient safety and quality improvement projects and has contributed to related publications. She is currently pursuing her PhD at Malla Reddy Vishwavidyapeeth (Deemed to be University).
