She is driven by the belief that “education should create transformation” and stands as a powerful voice for the future of nursing—a blend of clinical mastery, digital innovation, and a relentless passion for elevating patient care. With extensive expertise in critical care, she designs outcome-driven learning programs that enhance clinical reasoning and patient safety standards. As the founder of MedSkool (Instagram & YouTube), she creates “Learning Made Easy” content that simplifies complex concepts for learners worldwide. She is a certified AHA instructor in resuscitation skills, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS, and has developed standardized pathway programs for nurses, impacting more than 10 specialties. Currently, she is leading Phase II of a Nursing LMS app in India. She has designed and conducted over 50 national workshops and has been a speaker at numerous national and international forums. Her mission is to shape the best version of “Indian Nurses,” inspired by the legendary nursing leaders of the country.
