About Ms. Sandhya Rani

Karike Sandhya Rani, GM Nursing and Nursing Superintendent at Medicover Hospitals, is a highly accomplished nursing leader with extensive expertise spanning clinical practice, nursing education, quality management, and healthcare administration. Her diverse professional journey includes serving as Principal of Jaya College of Nursing (Yashoda Group), Quality Executive at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills, ANS at Apollo Hospital Jubilee Hills, Regional Head of Nursing Services and Quality at MediSync Healthcare Services, and Nursing Superintendent at Stork Home–Fernandez Hospital and Medicover Hospitals, Financial District. She holds multiple advanced qualifications, including an MSc in Obstetric and Gynecology Nursing from Raichur, an MSc in Professional Practice in Nursing from the University of Glamorgan (UK), a PGDSBA from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare Management from Dr. MGR University, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Business Management. She has also developed clinical tools such as the LactoMo Ball for managing breast engorgement.
