About Ms. Sushma Katuri

Sushma Katuri is an accomplished healthcare professional with a distinguished career in quality assurance and healthcare operations. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager – Corporate Quality at KIMS Hospitals, she brings extensive expertise in implementing and maintaining quality systems across healthcare institutions.

A certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Quality Management System Lead Auditor, and Internal Auditor for NABH and OHSAS, Sushma has played a key role in driving excellence in hospital accreditation and compliance. She has successfully led more than 20 ISO assessments, 20 NABH assessments, and 2 international accreditations, demonstrating her strong command of global quality standards in healthcare.

As an Internal Surveyor for AACI, she is recognized for her collaborative leadership, organizational acumen, and deep commitment to patient safety and service quality. Her work continues to inspire improvements in healthcare quality systems and operational efficiency.
