Ms. Swathi Chowdary is currently serving as General Manager – Nursing at Yashoda Hospitals and brings with her over 25 years of rich and diverse experience in the healthcare sector. Her career spans clinical bedside nursing, critical care, supervision, education, nursing leadership, senior management, and hospital administration. She has held several prestigious leadership roles, including Group Nursing Head – Indian Operations Division at Medicover Group of Hospitals, Chief Nursing Officer at Apollo Chennai Hospitals, AGM–Nursing at Continental Hospitals, Senior Nurse Manager at CARE Hospitals, and nursing leadership roles at Kamineni Hospitals. Academically, she holds a Diploma in GNM, Post B.Sc. Nursing, an MBA in Hospital Administration from Alagappa University, a qualification in Nursing Administration from Nagarjuna University, diplomas in Critical Care and Cardiovascular Nursing, and a Diploma in Quality Management (Executive Programme) from IIHM, Jaipur.
