About Ms.Dhanya Chandran

Ms. Dhanya Chandran, MSc Nursing, MBA (HHA), is a highly experienced and dynamic nursing leader currently serving as Nursing Superintendent at Paras Hospital, Ranchi. With over 15 years of progressive experience in nursing, she began her career as a staff nurse and has since held diverse roles including Infection Control Nurse, College Lecturer, Nurse Educator, Nursing Quality Specialist, Supervisor, Manager in Corporate Nursing, and Nursing Superintendent. She holds a BSc Nursing, an MSc Nursing in Obstetrics & Gynecology, and an MBA in Hospital & Healthcare Administration. Her academic and research interests are reflected in her study titled “A Study to Assess the Effectiveness of STP on Knowledge of Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension among Primi Gravida Mothers Attending Antenatal Clinic at K.C. General Hospital, Malleshwaram.” Ms. Chandran has worked with reputed healthcare institutions such as KIMS, MAX, Aster, AIG, AOI, Apollo, and Medicover, and is widely recognized for her proven track record of excellence in nursing leadership, management, and education.
