However, unintentional errors do occur at all levels of the healthcare delivery system. To prevent these errors to a great extent we need to stand up for patient safety and join hands to provide guaranteed safe healthcare to all. Apollo Hospitals is delighted to invite you to attend 13th International Patient Safety Conference \u2013 \u2018A NOT FOR PROFIT INITIATIVE\u2019. The theme of this IPSC edition is <strong>Global Voices\u2026 One Vision\u2026<\/strong>\u00a0and will explore how technologies can transform healthcare and enhance patient safety and quality. It will also envision the future of healthcare and the challenges and opportunities it presents. This year it will be an ingenious and invigorating conference reflecting the direction of healthcare and patient safety for future and will focus on the latest and exciting innovations which will inspire the world.
