About Dr. Lallu Joseph

Dr. Lallu Joseph is a distinguished healthcare quality expert and leader, currently serving at CMC Vellore, the largest NABH-accredited hospital in India. She brings a unique multidisciplinary background – starting as a  mechanical engineer, followed by a transition into healthcare after her tenure as VP at a Software firm and academic role at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. With advanced degrees in Business Administration and Certifications from IIM Bangalore and Canadian Healthcare Administration, she has over 20 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, accreditation, healthcare infrastructural projects, and systems improvement.
