As the Director of Medical Services at Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL), he oversees medical operations, nursing services, academic activities, and legal affairs across eight verticals, including hospitals, clinics, IVF centers, diagnostics, and dialysis units spanning major cities in India. Leading a team of over 5000 doctors and 3000 nurses, Dr. Aggarwal has played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, clinical quality, and digital transformation in healthcare services. His expertise extends to hospital operations, quality management, accreditation, medico-legal systems, and clinical talent engagement.
