Dr. Muralidhar Varma

Dr Muralidhar Varma. is an Additional Professor in the Department of Infectious Diseases at Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal, part of the Manipal Academy of Higher Education. He earned his MBBS in 1998 and MD in General Medicine in 2002, both from KMC Manipal.​

In his current role, Dr. Varma is involved in teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students, providing patient care, guiding thesis work, serving as the Medical Officer of the Hospital Infection Control Committee, and overseeing the HIV clinic.​

He has also been involved in academic events, such as co-authoring a case presentation titled "What Matters in White Matter; A Rare Case of H1N1-associated Acute Leukoencephalopathy" at Vedam-2024, the Academic Fest and Undergraduate Medical Conference of KMC, Manipal.​
