Dr Pulkit Mathur

Dr. Pulkit Mathur  is the professor at the Department of Food and Nutrition and Food Technology, Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, she is a national and international expert in food safety and nutrition.

She serves as a Member of the International Scientific Committee at Choices International Foundation, representing South Asia, and as the Joint Secretary of the Nutrition Society of India.

She has also been a Member of the National Committee of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (2016-2024) and a Member and Rapporteur of the Scientific Panel on Nutrition and Fortification at FSSAI. Additionally, she is a National Resource Person for the FoSTaC Program of FSSAI and a National Trainer for Nutrition under the Rashtriya Kishor Swasthya Karyakram, MoHFW. With several publications in national and international journals, books, monographs, and periodicals to her credit, she has also been invited as an expert on multiple TV and radio programs.
