Dr. Shalini Agarwal is a Senior Consultant in Radiology at Shalby Sanar International Hospital, Gurugram. Her extensive career in healthcare began as a Short-Service Commissioned Medical Officer in the Army Medical Corps, after which she transitioned to academia, serving as a Professor in the Department of Radiodiagnosis at Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak. Throughout her journey, she has also contributed her expertise to private diagnostic centers.
As a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) and National Medical Commission (NMC) assessor and examiner, Dr. Agarwal has traveled extensively across India, engaging with students and educators, thereby enriching her perspective on radiology and healthcare. Her role as a reviewer for numerous national and international radiology journals keeps her abreast of cutting-edge research globally. Committed to continuous professional development, Dr. Agarwal is a recipient of a Commonwealth Fellowship and has earned an ESSR diploma in Musculoskeletal Radiology. Her passion for healthcare management is evident through her completion of a diploma course from IGNOU, a Master of Hospital Administration from NHCA Singapore, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from NMIMS, and a specialization in strategy from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, she holds certifications in infection control, quality control, and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Notably, she completed the Management Program for Health Professionals at IIM-A and is currently pursuing a Post Graduate Certificate in Digital Health from the Academy of Digital Health and IIM-Raipur.
