About Dr. Sneha Vaidya​ ​

Dr. Sneha Vaidya is a senior nursing leader with over 20 years of experience in clinical governance, nursing education, quality improvement, and patient safety. She currently serves as Regional Director – Nursing, Apollo Hospitals (Western Region), providing strategic leadership across multiple multi-specialty hospitals.​

Renowned for building high-reliability nursing systems, Dr. Vaidya is a strong advocate of evidence-based practice, process innovation, digital transformation, and research, with 15 published studies to her credit. A passionate educator and mentor, she has led advanced training programs across critical nursing specialties and guided teams to global recognition, including participation in the Einstein World Record 2025 for Medication Safety Training.​

She holds a PhD in Hospital Management, is a National Member of AORN, and serves as Convener of the Operating Room Nursing Council (ORNC) for the Apollo Hospitals Group, contributing to perioperative safety standards. Her leadership is rooted in compassionate care, clinical excellence, and talent development, consistently driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes and nursing excellence.​
