About Dr. Sreedhar

Dr.Shreedhar Kodiganti is a Senior Occupational Health Physician with a great passion for Occupational Health and Safety, environment and workplace holistic wellness. Dr. Kodiganti  has more than 26 years of experience, both nationally and internationally  and has worked  in field of Occupational Health & Safety across the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and R&D sectors. Currently he Leads the Occupational Health & Wellness at Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories. His career spans working in remote challenging environments, including a tenure as Senior Medical Advisor @ Transocean in Oil & Gas industry, managing remote medical set ups and medical case management. A member of IAOH (Indian Association of Occupational Health) and ICOH (International Commision on Occupational Health), his expertise is backed by an MBBS, AFIH, and postgraduate studies in Occupational health and safety from the University of Alberta, and McGill University  He has a keen interest in the field of holistic wellness in integrating mental health and physical medical governance to protect global workforces.
