Dr. Sweta Bandal (also known as Dr. Sweta Singh Bandal) is the Director – Strategic Operations at Qtone Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare consulting firm dedicated to advancing quality, safety, and operational excellence across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

She holds a Ph.D. in Healthcare Quality & Patient Safety and an MBA in Healthcare Management, and is certified in healthcare quality and infection control. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Bandal has served in senior leadership roles across hospital operations, accreditation support, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.

At Qtone Healthcare Solutions, she provides strategic guidance to hospitals in implementing robust patient safety protocols, strengthening quality systems, achieving accreditation standards such as NABH, and cultivating a culture of patient-centric care.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Bandal’s journey reflects resilience, independence, and ambition.
