Mr. Abhilash Pillai

Mr. Abhilash is a senior healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience, spread across locations in India and the Middle East. In his current role at the unit head  leadership Abhilash overseas the Indore operations spread across two hospital facility’ and is leading the Group’ expansion aspiration in the geography. Prior to his Indore stint Abhilash was part of Group’ Middle East Operations based out of Oman where the Group runs a chain of hospital’ and clinic. Abhilash was part of the founding team and played a pivotal role in the expansion of Group’ Chronic Disease Management initiative’ which forms a critical framework of leading chronic disease initiatives viz. Sugar, Apollo Clinic for Diabetes, Healthy Heart and Chest Disease Management Program.

Abhilash has a keen interest and is passionate about the possibilities of how the understanding and application of ancient Indian wisdom can help solve our modern day problems in health and overall.

A postgraduate in General Management, Abhilash pursued his Advanced Management program at IIM Bangalore. He has further augmented his training in leadership with BCG Leadership Institute amongst others.
