Mr. Gerald Jaideep

Mr. Gerald Jaideep is Chief Executive Officer of Medvarsity Online. A quintessential maverick, Jaideep steered Medvarsity onto a rapid growth path in the healthcare ed-tech space, after taking over the reins of the organisation from the promoters of Apollo Group in 2016. Under his guidance, the company went through a complete overhaul right from change in brand identity, products, technology, design and learning experience. Mr. Jaideep has an extensive entrepreneurial and corporate experience, spanning over 27 years.​

He began his professional career as an entrepreneur in 1993 during the final year of his college, when he co-founded Quadrant Creations, which was into developing e-learning solutions for the BFSI industry across South-East Asia. His next entrepreneurial venture came almost after two decades, when he co-founded a wellness and business consulting firm ColourShot in 2012, which focused on helping organizations measure the business/financial impact of a healthier workforce. The entrepreneurial venture came to close in 2014 – a year after he joined Simplilearn as Chief Operating Officer in 2013. ​
