He began his career in a 650-bed super-specialty hospital, where he honed his expertise in hospital operations. He then advanced to roles in business development and international marketing within a prominent hospital chain. As an Assistant General Manager of Operations, he successfully managed non-clinical operations at a flagship hospital in Hyderabad. In his role as Unit Head, he transformed a previously loss-making hospital into a profitable entity.
