Mr. Vinodh Krishnankutty

Mr. Vinodh Krishnankutty is a seasoned Nursing leader with extensive experience in healthcare management. He has held key roles such as Group Director – Nursing at Nayati Healthcare, General Manager & Chief Nursing Officer at Max Super Specialty Hospital, and Director – Nursing at Apollo Hospitals and Aga Khan Health Services Kenya. He has also led nursing education as Head of Learning & Development at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.

Academically, he holds an Advanced Management Programme for Healthcare (ISB), postgraduate diplomas in Healthcare & Hospital Management and Medico-Legal Systems (Symbiosis), a Master’s in Nursing (Delhi University), and a B.Sc. in Nursing (IGNOU).

Mr. Krishnankutty has received numerous accolades, including Director of the Year 2023 by Icons of Asia, the Bhartiya Gyan Ratna Award for Best Director (2021), and multiple FICCI and Business World awards for Patient Safety & Nursing Innovation.

He has spearheaded projects on clinical outcomes, patient safety, and cost optimization, implementing initiatives like high-risk medication monitoring, streamlined nursing handovers, and workforce efficiency models.

Committed to leadership development, he has participated in global healthcare programs, including JCI Executive Briefing and Practicum in Dubai.
