Has work experience in various roles including, nursing officer, chief Nursing officer, Principal school of nursing, Director nursing, Regional Director nursing and Group director Nursing services. Have served in prestigious hospitals like Jaslok hospital Mumbai, Apollo shospitals Hyderabad region & India Operations Division of Parkway Pantai Ltd.

Presently working as Group Director – Nursing Excellence at Sarvodaya Healthcare Faridabad since 2023.

Also being a NABH principal assessor and a faculty for NABH and nursing excellence training programme, have vast exposure of Quality related assessments in hospitals across the country. Well versed with NABH & JCI policies and protocols and have led the teams for JCI survey & NABH & Nursing Excellence assessments.
