Ms. Jeena Jose is a highly accomplished Nursing professional with extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings. She previously served as an Assistant Professor at Holy Family College of Nursing and worked as a staff nurse at Batra Hospital.
Presently, she is the Nursing Superintendent at Holy Family Hospital and has been honored by the Indian Bar Association during the release of their magazine, The Phenomenal She.
Holding an M. Sc in Nursing with a specialization in Medical-Surgical Nursing (CTVS), she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Nursing. As an academic expert, she is actively involved with the Faculty Board of Sharda University.
Her research contributions include publications in esteemed journals such as the International Journal for Nursing Education and the International Journal of Orthopaedic Nursing, covering topics like Intravenous cannulation knowledge among nurses and The impact of dietary intake on ICU patients' clinical outcomes.
Ms. Jose is also associated with CAHO as a faculty member for the Flexible Endoscopy Reprocessing Program and has been a speaker at numerous national conferences and workshops.
She played a key role in drafting the Hospital Security Manual as part of the AHPI task force. Additionally, she holds a trainer’s certificate from NACO for HIV/AIDS awareness and has contributed to recruitment committees at IGNOU and other universities.
Her expertise lies in clinical education, quality improvement, and hospital administration.
