About Ms. Mini Jose

Ms. Mini Jose an accomplished Nursing Leader and Healthcare Administrator with over 20 years of progressive experience in clinical nursing, quality management, and hospital operations. She is currently working as Nursing Superintendent at Apollo Hospitals,  where she provides strategic leadership for nursing services with a strong focus on clinical governance, patient safety, workforce optimization, and service excellence.

Previously, she served as Nursing Head at CARE Hospitals, leading a team of  nursing professionals and overseeing nursing operations for a 220-bed tertiary care hospital. During her tenure at CARE Hospitals, she played a pivotal role in quality improvement and accreditation excellence, successfully coordinating NABH, NABH Nursing Excellence, NABH Digital Certification, and Green OT initiatives.

At Apollo Hospitals, her key focus areas include strengthening nursing leadership, standardizing clinical practices, enhancing patient experience, improving documentation and digital workflows, and driving continuous quality improvement aligned with Apollo’s care standards. With strong expertise in critical care nursing and international exposure at Gleneagles Hospital, Malaysia, she brings a global and systems-driven perspective to nursing practice.

She holds qualifications in Health Care Management and Nursing and has contributed to nursing research, with publications in the IOSR Journal of Nursing and Health Science.
