Natasha has an engineering degree in biotechnology and has interned as a nurse and a researcher in leading pharmaceutical companies. She has over ten years of business research and management consulting experience, across various healthcare sectors, supporting clinicians, nurses, faculty and students with health technology adoption. Originally from India, she is now based Malaysia and has established herself as a healthcare Thought Leader, with deep knowledge of Digital Health across Southeast Asia.
At present, Natasha is the Customer Success Team Manager for Elsevier Health. In her current role she works with healthcare providers, medical associations and universities to drive technology adoption and productive analytics to improve medical education, research and patient outcomes. She is well-versed in Elsevier business, solutions and associated professional workflows. Prior to this role, she worked with Frost & Sullivan (APAC) and KPMG (India).
Natasha is passionate about the role of technology in transforming healthcare practice, research and education. Her projects focus on healthcare consumerization, EMR adoption & integration challenges, and patient experience. She has also written many articles and industry reports on value-based care and digital health business models.
She has an MBA from the SP Jain School of Global Management preceded by a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biotechnology from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, India.
