Ms. Thankam Gomez

Ms. Thankam Gomez is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in Nursing leadership and healthcare education. She has held prestigious positions such as Senior Vice President at Aarohan Healthcare Services, Executive Vice President at Berkeley Health EDU, and Group Nursing Head at Fortis Healthcare.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from UCOL, New Zealand, and has received multiple certifications, including High Fidelity Simulation training from Jurong Health, Singapore, and the Royal Liverpool Academy, UK. A certified trainer with Dale Carnegie and a distinguished instructor and master trainer at Learning Oasis, USA, she also holds a Green Six Sigma certification from Var Sigma.

Additionally, she has a Certificate in Evidence-Based Practice from the Indo-American EBP Academy in collaboration with the Johns Hopkins Nursing Centre for EBP.

Her contributions to healthcare have been widely recognized, earning accolades such as the "50 Outstanding Women in Healthcare" award in 2017, the Zee National Healthcare Leadership Award for Women Leadership in 2019, the "21 in 21 Luminary Star" recognition by RigaHaus in 2021, and the FE Visionary Leader award from Financial Express in 2023. She is also an Associate Member of the Indian Society of Critical Care Medicine, a member of the FICCI National HealthCare Committee, and a Patient Safety Ambassador for India with the Patient Safety Movement Foundation.
