She has held prestigious positions such as Senior Vice President at Aarohan Healthcare Services, Executive Vice President at Berkeley Health EDU, and Group Nursing Head at Fortis Healthcare.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from UCOL, New Zealand, and has received multiple certifications, including High Fidelity Simulation training from Jurong Health, Singapore, and the Royal Liverpool Academy, UK. A certified trainer with Dale Carnegie and a distinguished instructor and master trainer at Learning Oasis, USA, she also holds a Green Six Sigma certification from Var Sigma.
