Dr. Bidhan Das currently the Managing Director of Octavo Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (estd 2007) is himself a Medical Doctor from S.C.B Medical College, Cuttack with a Master’s Degree in hospital management from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi, India. Dr. Bidhan Das has a more than 35 years of prosperous experience in healthcare management. He is an esteemed member of various organizations like Federation of Hospital Administrators, India, The Telemedicine Society of India, Technical Committee, NABH (QCI), FICCI (Committee of Quality Assurance in Hospitals). With more than 35 years of experience he has shown his mettle in areas ranging from Quality and Accreditation, Drafting of Hospital Standards, Public health Management, Health and Social Research, Patient Safety Management, Infection Control Programmes, Hospital Planning, and designing by working over many hundreds of projects. Dr. Das had authored various accreditation & structural standards for hospitals and healthcare facilities in India & Overseas He is the mastermind who set standards for quality as well as health and safety of the patients at the national and international level. He formulated plans to make sure that services in the hospitals meet international and national standards. His Vision is to provide quality services towards the progress in healthcare services leading to acquire positive impact on the growth of the Healthcare Sector in term of Patient Safety and Infection Control Programmes.
