Dr. Yash Paul Bhatia has been at the forefront of Hospital and Healthcare facility management since 1981. He has to his credit , the conceptualization, establishment and management of many prestigious hospitals in the country. As former Chairman, Accreditation Committee for National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities and as present Chairman of Healthcare Committee on National Board for Quality Promotion, he is pioneering the quality revolution in healthcare management and delivery in the country.
He has also been the chairman of National Task Force to establish healthcare accreditation mechanism in India & presently serves as a Board Member of NABH and a member of Advisory Council of JCI.
He has been leading the QMS program for 150 organization in India and abroad including 37 hospitals for Government of Gujarat and public and private hospitals and urban dispensary projects of Haryana, New Delhi, Uttar Pradesh and Karnataka.
He has also conceptualized the system and process to establish quality improvement and management of large health care organizations like Medanta- The Medicity, Sterling Group of Hospitals, Seven Hills Hospitals, P D Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai, Institute of liver and Biliary Sciences, New Delhi etc.
