She has served in Military Nursing Services for 23 years. Worked as an administrator in Sri Ram School Gurugram, Nursing administrator for flagship hospital of Fortis group Fortis Memorial Research Institute Gurugram.  She is an alumni of College of Nursing, AFMC, Pune. BSc Nursing from College of Nursing, AFMC, Pune (1985-1989). She has been awarded for Patient safety champion by Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD), Award for safe infusion drive by B Braun, Acknowledgement as guest of honour in World Thrombosis Day by Arjohuntleigh, Certificate of appreciation for International Infection Prevention Participation by Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD), Certificate of appreciation for participation in IV Infusion week celebration by Poly Medicure Ltd. She has been awarded as the Health Care Personality of the Year (Hospital Administration) & Topmost Health Care Leader (Global) by World Health and Wellness Congress & Awards on 24th March 2022 at Taj Lands’ End, Mumbai, Life member of Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI), Associate Individual Member of Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisations (CAHO), Member of Infusion Nurses Society of India (INS India). She holds certificates in Paediatric Nursing (2000), Intensive Care Nursing (2001), Medical Tourism (2011), Infection Control and Prevention by AHPI (2015), NABH accreditation standards for Hospitals (2019), COVID-19: Awareness and management (2020), Essential upskilling of nurses on COVID -19 pandemic (2020), Health Care Quality Management (2022) and Nursing Administration.
