Undertaken FMEA Project on Hand Hygiene, improving Hand hygiene compliance by 21% in 6 months with a reduction of infection rates by 15% saving 2.5 million AED. Developed performance improvement tool exclusively for Zulekha Hospitals titled “ZULEKHA”. Undertaken 48 performance improvement projects using this model completing 22 projects in 2015 achieving 10 Millions AED revenue/savings. Completed mock surveys as Administrator Surveyor and Team leader (7 surveys) using JCI Hospital and Ambulatory Care standards for 30 hospitals & Ambulatory centers in India, UAE, Kazakhstan and Oman. An EFQM assessor with 6 years of assessment experience as team member and team leader. Developed a web based portal for Document Control and contract management. Developed Risk Matrix and Balanced Score cards teaming up with Finance and Operations team. Working as a visiting faculty for Healthcare Management subjects for the MBA program of Geneva Business School since 2015. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) with focus on the Performance monitoring & improvement, Quality initiatives, accreditation preparedness and Management of the Health Care Organization. Have experience of working for JCI accreditation, Dubai Quality Award (DQA) based on European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) Excellence model, College of American pathologists (CAP) accreditation and ISO 15189 and have undertaken many Performance Improvement projects across various functions in the hospital.
