She believes all that is done in healthcare must comply with the principles of patient safety and improved clinical outcomes. She has received many awards and accolades that includes 50 Outstanding Women in Healthcare – 2017, Zee National Healthcare Leadership Awards – Woman Leadership Award - 2019 and 21 in 21 Luminary Star – RigaHaus  2021.  Her research and publications include Study on “Healthy Work Environment for Nurses” and Chapter contribution in First Aid Text Book under IGNOU.
